If you see it in your mind and believe it you can achieve it!
This is something you hear a lot in the world of personal development and I agree that if you are going to do something you have got to believe not only in yourself but what you are doing.
But guess what?
Belief is only one part in the system to success.
You have got to impose you will!
You've got to be disciplined and you've got to make things happen by disciplining yourself every day to take progressive action
No matter what you are trying t accomplish in life, there is a process to get you there.
and belief is only one part of that process.
Being successful at anything, and I mean anything in life, whether its becoming wealthy, becoming your ideal weight, starting a new business, writing a book, becoming a good actor or becoming successful in any kind of sport, is all about dedication and commitment.
Its all about being persistence and getting out there every day and taking action.
Without conscious action, no matter what you believe, it's probably not going to happen.
Its important to have a good healthy belief in yourself but it's equally important to be productive and accessible within the 24 hours you have every day, and then repeat.
I see this mistake with people all the time, especially new business owners.
They have an idea of what they want and at the start they get excited starting out on a new journey. But only a few are willing to step up and get stuck in all the time.
Not just once in a while but all the time.
Every single day!
That's what it takes.
If you don’t have the discipline to discipline yourself to take actin each day, It doesn’t matter what you believe you are going to fail.
Take that belief and combine it with self-discipline and daily productive action and you can achieve miracles.
So remember this!
If you have a goal and you can visualise it in your mind and you believe it will happen but for some reason your struggling to make that a reality, take a step back and ask yourself this question,
"Am I taking enough action every single day to make this idea in my mind a reality?"
And if your really honest with yourself, 9 times out of 10 the answer is probably no.
So now you know what the missing ingredient is and what you have to do to take your game to the next level.
